NBCUniversal decided to convert its adhoc efforts to engage top-tier clients into a branded, quarterly program. The NBCUniversal VIP Experience would need to evoke a "Black Card" type of ultra-elite status. The logo would ultimately be used on a variety of applications from newsletters to e-blasts and collateral material. Clients quickly embraced the program, raising the frequency of interactions between NBCUniversal and its clients and heightening the level of engagement.
